# Fedora Badges v3.x has finally come to production! 🎉

With a great deal of updates both superficial and foundational, Fedora Badges v3.x is out now on production. The service is more responsive than before with the use of modern single page application technologies. There is support for eight distinct colour schemes and system native dark modes on the frontend surface. Along with a refreshed experience for award collections, friendly competitions, accolade rarities, semantic lookups, customizable leaderboards, activity lifecycles, smoother authentication and privacy additions, the foundation has been reengineered to be robust and consistent.

Another announcement, Framework announced a new version of their Laptop 12, which will optionally come with Fedora KDE pre-installed. They worked closely with Fedora on this. I'm trying to put together a Magazine article. https://frame.work/blog/framework-laptop-12-now-with-core-series-3

We do have a table at ATO. I put in for that. Community projects just get cocktail tables with room for one standing banner. We're not expected to staff full-time, although we can staff the table at any time.

I would like to discuss the vacant marketing and commops seats on mindshare. But maybe we should just take that to the channel.

Good point, those seats have not just been vacant, but those teams have been too.

Makes me wonder if we should bring those seats back to the electoral pool.

I mean have six seats for running the elections against, and not just four.

Something in the lines of that maybe, because it has been a while since those were left empty.

Maybe there's a larger discussion to be had about what Mindshare subteams even make sense to have.
