Mass rebuild for F45 is over.

The delta is is usually <1K packages (half don't build, have never built [might be disabled on riscv]).

Oh this means I will get a flood of requests soon at my public mirror for new package pulls ...nice...

Stats look OK: `Error: Repoclosure ended with unresolved dependencies (1230) across 180 packages.`

Otherwise large scale effort to analyse everything didn't happen yet.

fyi, we have a scraper mitigation thats being very effective we put in place mid last week. probibly won't last, but for now things should be a lot more stable...

Needs a deep dive to check how much we can improve. Some I will do at least one more round of full delta rebuild, before scanning logs with some agents to see what can be improved.

We just need to sort out what's FTBFS (reported or new [there new ones]), what should be building or not on riscv64.

I had to disable some boards. I think yaneti as proxy died or something similar.

We are still seeing some glibc mutex failures on Titans (DP1000). Jason enabled the bits to get coredump. I think, we might got one in <24 hours, but will have to wait for Jason to wake up and check.
