Speaking of the full consensus, if we have some time after triaging let's discuss MatH's proposal.

We have $2000 swag budget for Q3, and another $2000 for Q4.

Just as a data point, I have talked to both Joseph and Justin about using Buffer for Fedora social accounts. That would allow us to give people limited access to do things without giving them the keys.

Yes, as it is a very small team, with Joseph not being present much anymore

buffer.com, a tool to manage multiple social media accounts. I use it for CentOS already.

What we need is more Digital Ambassadors, presenting Fedora in whatever channels they are in

To be honest, I sometimes get confused about which Mindshare subteams are responsible for what.

So having assets (ie banners, graphics, articles) that the Digital Ambassadors can post is more effective than having a dedicated team

Also the Marketing team attracts people who dont stick around

Digital Ambassadors enable them to spread the good word about what's on and about in Fedora Project *outside of* the community.

I think we get to recreate that every year!

So technically more folks in the marketing team is going to be useful, for sure.

The fallback is, of course, having the Digital Ambassadorship vertical person help out with it temporarily.

I do mean Digital Ambassadors, but I would personally prefer to call all Ambassadors Ambassadors
