There is or was some discussion to cancel the release party this time due to lack of ressources.

I don't know the latest status. But it it takes place. I would try to talk a bit about our home server project.

And maybe, I would need some support for this.

Since today we have a new release candidate 1.2

I could update the links in our ticket until now.

And there are still some serious issues. Let's see how the go/no-go meeting tomorrow will go.

Did we submit anything for F44 that would be considered a release blocker for server?

No, we didn't find any issue so far, beyond the minor ones with aarch64 image.

The rc doesn't have the prerelease warning. So we can now start to update the screenshots in our documentation.

Scheduled for eye surgery on Friday. Find out this afternoon if second knee replacement surgery will be required soon. So I'm not going to be of much help for a while.

I'm a bit at a loss here. We're not really making any headway.

I have a standard "setup" document and diagram that I need to "tweak" than figure out how to upload it to the proper repository

That is for ansible projects in general.

That would be fine for me. Hopefully we get than an idea how to proceed and that to do.

We have something like 3 or 4 open projects and at least 2 more in the queue.

Given my habit of being pulled away for the meetings of late, I don't kow that me chairing would be a good idea...

My availability depends greatly on what the surgeon says this afternoon and if/when he schedules me for major surgery. So I (may/may not) be able to chair. Do I have permissions to start the meeting?

John Himpel: yes, you can start the meeting as well. I think we will have to discuss the standard 1 topic, then release testing then Ansible.

And just in case you get a surgery date, we have to be flexible and adjust to it.

Linux and Fedora Server is a completely new business, and they need a comprehensive,

A growing interest in Linux and hopefully also in Fedora Server. But for many of them,

I was planning on starting to author this, but I have had other famiilial obligations come up. (which has pulled me away from a lot of stuff that I want to be doing)

There are already one or two authors. But they are not member of our WG und not necessarily familar with Server. But they are good at authoring. So I cooperation would be good. And the will not start in the near future. They are currently working on a general Fedora or Desktop beginners guide.

Or more precisely: they need one of us cooperating.
