hmm this makes the GNOME repo we eventually plan tricky, if we also need to use systemd

need the userdb stuff

I guess we can borrow the systemd build by tagging it, since we don't really want to have to tell people to also enable hyperscale

but there's the larger problem that userdb will be broken in EL10 due to missing PAM integration

the demo build Conan Kudo and I used at RH Summit had that issue

from my side, I have an updated rasdaemon - there's a logging (of course) patch that upstream still doesn't have that's in the hs+fb build, otherwise on c10s it's just a slightly newer version with out of tree patches removed

on c9s it's now shipping the same code as on c10s so one big difference is CXL is enabled - but I think it was enabled in our previous build anyway, and I accidentally dropped it in 0.8.3-1 when merging in changes from c9s

and I need to look at updating perf (6.15.0 is borked when building from the standalone tarball on aarch64, haven't had time to look at 6.16.0) and packaging ynl, worst case we will just use the kernel tarball and make lookaside sad
