I'm curious what people would think about meeting on Google Meet instead of by text here

I much prefer text meetings

I would likely not be able to reliably make a video meeting

same, for meetings with actual technical content I prefer text

I'm fine either way. There are benefits to either way.

reason I'm asking is that I see people often lagging way behind in the chat, so I'm not sure if I'm going too fast for people or if I'm just boring them to the point of tuning out

it's probably hard to automate around, but there are daily compose reports sent to devel@, and after a mass rebuild they will show "Upgrades packages" in the thousands
