AGREED: Council members will review, edit and sign off on the Flock to Fedora CfP Tips and Tricks post by end of their working day on Thursday 13th February (tomorrow). It will be posted to the Community blog, Discourse and Fedora Magazine on Friday 14th February. @amoloney will own executing the posting part. (@amoloney:fedora.im, 15:18:53)

INFO: The council have been conducting our own investigation, as requested, into this incident, and we have reached the end of our investigation into the issue. We have reached a conclusion and have identified a number of next steps for this. (@amoloney:fedora.im, 15:43:09)
INFO: The first step we wish to take is to formally reach out to Peter Robinson to discuss with him the Councils conclusions (@amoloney:fedora.im, 15:44:14)
INFO: The council would then like to make our report public, with the actions we are taking to improve this situation for the future (@amoloney:fedora.im, 15:45:41)
INFO: One of these steps is to work with FESCo to review and make changes the Proven Packager guidelines that bring more clarity, which FESCo had already noted needed improvements (@amoloney:fedora.im, 15:46:48)
INFO: Another step is to create a 'meta-policy' that can be used by any group in the Fedora Project to aid them when finding they need to make a decision that impacts someones ability to contribute to Fedora in a significant way. We expect this to be used as a framework that will keep the groups authority and integrity, but also ensure 'big decisions' are being done in the right way for Fedora (@amoloney:fedora.im, 15:49:17)
