The main problem on supporting that would be how to deal with fontconfig conf file in a package. currently it can be simply applied as it is on the host. it is an issue for fontconfig side.

I am trying to fix some other problems in the CI tests at the moment, when I am done with that I’ll try xwfb-run.

The idea being that people don't always install in the local language but may still want local language support
