What is the process for signing composes? I looked through the SOPs we have and couldn't find anything relevant, forgive me if I missed it.

So, the problem seems to be the release-process/staging/stage_release.sh script does not account for beta

if it's a beta release it goes under test/

The torrents should be done as part of the staging process? Or is the delay intentional? I'm working on some docs updates so I'm wondering if we should add it as a step into the sop_beta_release.adoc and link to torrents SOP from there.

There should be the one directory in our to link depository for sign-Iot.sh if that’s what you are referring to, that’s needed

As of right now neither the beta release SOP nor the schedule talks about torrents at all so it's easy to miss.

well, they could be done most any time, but should be made 'live' on monday / day before release

so it's often just easiest to do them monday and make them live so you don't have to do back again
