I think this shouldn't affect us, but may affect users who do derived container builds.

I don't think we need to worry about anything specifically for F45

IIRC, from the discussion on https://github.com/coreos/fedora-coreos-tracker/issues/2172, `rpm-ostree` vendors DNF4, not DNF5

This one probably won't affect us with the F45 transition, but IIRC we (FCOS) do have future plans to support confidential computing using sealed/UKI images.

For this specific change, the new separate GRUB bootloader for UEFI only "will be built separately from the main GRUB package, and does not replace it for general usage."

Agree. This is for confidential compute work. I think we do plan to use it, but only in new efforts.

I found that we did a OpenSSL upgrade in the F36 rebase, so the GH issue is a copy of that effort. We may or may not have more work to do now since that was a few years ago

In the very least we need to look at the same packages that we did then.
