obviously way too soon to ask for any kind of vote, but i will ask for people to read that and share their feedback

Not to influence others, but I'm in favor of the proposal.

i'll also emphasis what i put at the end, this is one proposal but when we do vote i'd like to split the decision on epel 11 and epel 10

I like that it would make things a lot easier to handle in the infra side in the way that it's being presented

also , mirroring is something that would benefit

indeed, i didn't cover that in the proposal just because it was getting a bit long, but absolutely this would be a quality of life improvement for epel releng
