13:45:46 <music[m]> So a few points regarding the Python 3.11 mass rebuild that was just merged:
13:46:08 <music[m]> First, there hasn’t been a Rawhide compose with these packages yet, so local debugging will require `fedpkg mockbuild --enablerepo=local`, and if you encounter weird conflicts, something like `mock -r fedora-rawhide-x86_64 --scrub=all` is worth trying.
13:46:12 <music[m]> Second, unlike in previous rebuilds for new Python versions, packages with dependency problems weren’t rebuilt at all, so they received only FTI bugs, not FTBFS bugs, even though they will now fail to build from source. So don’t expect the FTI bugs to contain useful information about the root cause; mostly they will mention the packages that are no longer available for Python 3.10 because they were successfully rebuilt, not the
