   2. In the meeting, we noted that while there is skepticism about GitLab, it could be a better tool for our Committee. One factor that is important is that we avoid using proprietary/closed features of GitLab that are unavailable in the Community Edition. Should we migrate, we will avoid using proprietary features as a condition of migrating. (jwf, 12:38:41)
   3. AGREED: We will build quorum in the ticket and aim to make a next step on Thursday, November 3rd (jwf, 12:39:12)
   4. Máirín Duffy noted that there are useful proprietary features that the Design Team uses and may also be useful to Mindshare, like epics, burndown charts, and Gantt charts. (jwf, 12:44:56)
   5. AGREED: After migrating, we can open a new discussion ticket before adopting a feature into our workflow that is not in the GitLab Community Edition.
