   3. AGREED: we will ship empty partitions to help gain symmetry between the x86_64 aarch64 and ppc64le disk images in order to workaround/fix other bugs and help mitigate user confusion. The partition sizes won't necessarily be the same on all arches. (dustymabe, 17:31:32)
