  * AGREED: In order to solve the problem related to "slow PXE" we think
    it would be best to provide a "stage2" mechanism to load the rootfs
    via a CPIO archive that is optionally fetched via HTTPS in the
    initramfs. We will now split the current "fat" initramfs into two
    artifacts (an initrd + a rootfs.squashfs.cpio) that can be used.
