It does violate the security criterion for Final so it's accepted as a Final blocker, and a Beta FE as it would be good to fix it for Beta too (adamw, 16:45:55)

    4. 2235100 is waiting for upstream acceptance according to pbrobinson, 2113005 we will likely need to waive again (adamw, 17:37:36)
