Our purpose in this meeting is to review
proposed blocker and nice-to-have bugs and decide whether to accept
them, and to monitor the progress of fixing existing accepted
blocker and nice-to-have bugs.(adamw,
16:10:31)
We'll be following the process outlined
at:(adamw,
16:10:36)
AGREED: 1946074 -
AcceptedBlocker (Final) - this seems like a clear violation of "The
installer must be able to create and install to any workable
partition layout using any file system and/or container format
combination offered in a default installer configuration" combined
with the requirement that installed systems boot successfully(adamw,
16:17:26)
(1942443) Login using password failed after upgrade to Fedora 34(adamw, 16:17:34)
AGREED: 1942443 -
RejectedBlocker (Final) AcceptedFreezeException (Final) - this is a
very close call, but the consensus was that it's just too narrow in
scope to see as a release blocker (we believe it affects systems
that started as Fedora 27 or earlier, and systems where nsswitch
configuration was changed outside of authselect). It is accepted as
a freeze exception issue for the usual reason.(adamw,
16:36:41)
AGREED: 1946278 -
AcceptedBlocker (Final) - accepted as a violation of "All
release-blocking images must boot in their supported configurations"
for affected ARM systems (pwhalen avows that systems on the list of
officially supported ARM devices will be affected)(adamw,
16:48:06)
