This release removes the top level arguments
from the last netconf modules that had them, and adds
single_user_mode and network_import_modules options to streamline
module execution(Qalthos,

Additionally, the various supported platform
collections have also seen a 2.0.0 release(Qalthos,

I'm not going to go through them all
individually, but they also have had changes to take advantage of
ansible_network_single_user_mode and
