16:03:53 <GomathiselviS> #info We will have a release of most supported collections by the end of this week. Other than that no major updates/announcements.
16:04:56 <GomathiselviS> We are working on releasing the collections frequently with new modules and fixes.
16:05:23 <GomathiselviS> That is all I have from my side today.
16:05:57 <samccann> just a reminder to folks that docs.ansible.com won't pick up those collection changes until the next Ansible package patch release. So could be 1-2 week delay
16:06:21 <samccann> do you want me to pop in now with my docs commercial? :-)
16:06:49 <GomathiselviS> yayy .. go ahead
16:07:36 <samccann> #topic Splitting up the Docsite
16:07:53 <samccann> #info problem statement - Ansible pypi package called 2.11 will release in jan/feb? and some time after that, ansible-base will release with a version called 2.11 (but a different 2.11)
16:08:35 <samccann> Since docs.ansible.com uses the release version in the URL, that means we need to figure out a way to split up the docsite so we can support independent releases of `ansible-base` and Ansible the package.
16:09:05 <samccann> #info we are brainstorming ideas for splitting up the docssite at https://etherpad.opendev.org/p/ansible-documentation-split - we need your feedback!
16:09:38 <samccann> while the split is not network focused yet, it would help us understand network docs needs if you pop over with comments, suggestions etc.
16:10:03 <samccann> #info we will discuss this over the next few weeks on Thursdays at 10:30 am ET on #ansible-docs. Would love your participation/feedback
16:10:15 <samccann> ok my commercial is over... thanks :-)
16:13:09 <GomathiselviS> Thanks samccann
16:13:29 <GomathiselviS> #topic Open Floor
