16:02:05 <Qalthos> #topic Core Updates
16:02:55 <Qalthos> Again, not a lot coming from the network team this week
16:03:19 <Qalthos> #info Community Freeze is tomorrow (2019-04-11)
16:03:45 <Qalthos> #info Alpha was released last week, so we mean it this time
16:04:07 <pffs> for real for real this time
16:04:24 <Qalthos> pffs: Exactly
16:05:12 <pffs> Curious on the status of https://github.com/ansible/ansible/issues/52926, is that pending the end of the change freeze?
16:06:33 <bcoca> freeze is today, that is community supported
16:07:17 <grastogi> We request to get review on https://github.com/ansible/ansible/pull/54894
16:07:52 <Qalthos> #link https://github.com/ansible/community/labels/network is where the agenda for this meeting lives
16:08:09 <Qalthos> And as we seem to already be in it, let's get started
16:08:38 <Qalthos> Anil_Lenovo: Your PR is merged, I don't expect you have anything else to bring up about that?
16:09:12 <Anil_Lenovo> No .. Nothing from my side. Just joined to meeting as usual
16:09:23 <Qalthos> Anil_Lenovo: Thanks
16:09:39 <Anil_Lenovo> For me a lot of things are there for 2.9. When can I start on them ?
16:10:12 <Qalthos> Whenever you like, they just won't get merged until 2.8 has branched
16:10:41 <Anil_Lenovo> I have few roles for Galaxy, so by that time 2.8 would have got branched out
16:10:50 <Qalthos> Which... shouldn't be too long? I don't remember the exact timeline
16:10:55 <Qalthos> #topic Avi module updates
16:12:52 <Qalthos> grastogi: This is not going to make 2.8. It can definitely get reviewed, but not 72 files by the end of the day
16:14:27 <grastogi> We understand that. It would be great to be reviewed and if any changes is suggested we can hold it in the PR.
16:15:43 <grastogi> Most of the changes are in the three files in module_utils/network/avi. Everything else is simply a search replace of where the imports are coming from.
16:19:50 <Qalthos> grastogi: Yeah, which trips the 50 file reasonableness limit. I expect it should be able to get in quickly, just not immediately.
16:20:57 <Qalthos> grastogi: Unless there's anything else you want to mention, we can move on
16:22:15 <grastogi> thanks a lot for taking a look. We will update PR if any suggestions are put forth. This is not blocking for us but makes our customer's experience a lot simpler specially when they use tower. They don't have to install custom SDKs in such scenarios
16:23:42 <Qalthos> #topic Open floor
16:23:52 <Qalthos> Anyone have anything else they want to discuss?
16:29:50 <Qalthos> Alright, then. Thanks everyone for coming by.
16:30:05 <Anil_Lenovo> Have a great Day !
16:30:09 <Qalthos> #endmeeting
