   4. config setting. Pros: Change in two places (config and module_utils/urls.py) Cons: Enables for everything. Opens us up to downgrade attacks. (abadger1999, 20:23:33)
   5. inventory_vars: Similar to config setting but allows to restrict per managed host in case the problem is that the managed host doesn't support the protocol (rather than some other server) (abadger1999, 20:24:25)
