   4. last we talked about module formatting, we decided to check how many C(), I() etc is already in the docs. Then create a proposal for full semantic markup based on how hard it would be to change everything (samccann, 16:21:11)
   5. ansible-docs code removes markup so not a big impact if we go to semantic or other markup changes (samccann, 16:32:24)
   6. CI may not be possible to enforce markup down the road, but might be if we choose good markup names? (samccann, 16:33:00)
