04:05:45 <siddhesh> OK, so lets begin this. How about going through each bid, point out pros and cons?
04:05:54 <ksopheaktra> sorry I am on a talk with my student,
04:05:58 <ksopheaktra> I am around here
04:06:40 <somvannda> Please start first siddhesh
04:06:58 <siddhesh> somvannda, ok, lets start with the Pune bid then
04:07:08 <somvannda> Yeah
04:07:09 <siddhesh> #topic The pune bid: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FUDCon:Bid_for_Pune_2015
04:08:08 <siddhesh> amit, could you give a brief introduction of the pune bid?
04:08:21 <amit> siddhesh: sure
04:08:56 <amit> Pune is a large city - about 4M people.
04:09:21 <amit> There's a lot of culture, and importantly for the FUDCon, lots of engineering institutes and technical establishments
04:09:34 <amit> it's second to Bangalore in India in terms of software companies
04:09:52 <amit> while working at Red Hat, I've seen there are several users of centos/fedora/RHEL in Pune.
04:10:03 <amit> of course, there are quite a lot more in India.
04:10:29 <amit> the team we have that's proposed the bid has experience in hosting a FUDCon at a big scale earlier - in 2011.
04:10:52 <amit> and for this bid, we have a few new people as well, so it's a good mix of experienced as well as new people.
04:11:00 <kushal> .hellomynameis kushal
04:11:01 <zodbot> kushal: kushal 'Kushal Das' <kushaldas@gmail.com>
04:11:04 <kushal> sorry for being late
04:11:31 <amit> For our venue, if we get selected, we will host along with MITCOE, which is a prestigious engineering college affiliated with the University of Pune.
04:11:33 <siddhesh> hey kushal. amitis introducing the pune bid. We will go through its pros and cons and then discuss the PP bid.
04:11:59 <kushal> siddhesh, Okay, thanks.
04:12:01 <amit> They are being gracious hosts. They've offered us their facilities (huge auditorium, a few classrooms, wifi, power connections, etc.)
04:12:15 <amit> they also offered as many student volunteers as we'd like
04:12:34 <amit> we had an interaction with their faculty, and they're more than willing to work with us to make the FUDCon a success.
04:13:02 <amit> They're also willing to participate in preparatory FADs so they get to know the Fedora way of doing stuff before we host the fudcon.
04:13:08 <amit> (currently they're ubuntu users)
04:13:25 <amit> The venue is nicely located in Pune as well, with great connectivity
04:13:43 <amit> and several touristy spots nearby
04:13:53 <amit> for accomodation too, we can have something close to the venue.
04:14:05 <somvannda> I see
04:14:15 <ksopheaktra> thanks, I am comming back
04:14:21 <amit> As with the last time, we plan to have shuttles to ferry people to the venue
04:14:25 <amit> as well as the fudpub location
04:14:39 <amit> we have also planned to have daily social networking evenings
04:15:06 <amit> where a select group (depending on the budget, obviously) can mingle with each other. others will be free to join if they can pay on their own.
04:15:33 <amit> We've selected June as the month we'll organise the fudcon in, due to a couple of reasons.
04:15:40 <pravins> hi
04:15:50 <ksopheaktra> can we think, how much are they going to pay for their own?
04:16:03 <amit> 1. it will be past exam season for the students, so we'll have full attendance and a good volunteer base
04:16:25 <amit> 2. we will have enough time between the selection of the bid and the actual fudcon, for preparation + booking flights + making plans etc.
04:16:33 <amit> ksopheaktra: that depends on what they want to eat :)
04:16:48 <amit> ksopheaktra: an average meal can cost about $6
04:16:56 <amit> ksopheaktra: but can be significantly lower than that as well
04:17:13 <ksopheaktra> is it for 1 meal?
04:17:29 <amit> ksopheaktra: from our budgeting, it is clear we can sponsor all travel + meal + stay for apac fedora contributors
04:17:32 <siddhesh> ksopheaktra, amit: but the networking venue will be slightly upscale, so I think people will be looking at an average bill of about $15 per person
04:17:46 <ksopheaktra> I think, $4 to $5 may be reasonable
04:18:09 <amit> ksopheaktra: so we expect to take care of all appac contributors' expenses for the entire event, including the social evenings
04:18:17 <somvannda> How many fedora and ambassadors in india are going to join? Can you expect
04:18:34 <somvannda> Users*
04:18:45 <amit> it must be said that the social evenings aren't common - ie I don't think fudcons have covered food/meals on fudcon days for the evenings in the past.
04:19:15 <amit> somvannda: from our estimate, there are about 30-40 in Pune alone
04:19:32 <amit> somvannda: and from bangalore, delhi, mumbai, chennai - about 10-15 more
04:19:54 <amit> plus we expect users of fedora/centos/rhel who have not previously had exposure to such an event to show up, too.
04:20:01 <somvannda> Thats good number
04:20:06 <kushal> Most of them are regular contributors in Fedora.
04:20:15 <amit> also, as with last time (2011), I expect > 500 students
04:20:26 <amit> from all around Pune
04:20:29 <somvannda> I see
04:20:46 <ksopheaktra> I think, I may be more than that for student
04:20:51 <kushal> amit, and few from other parts of the country.
04:20:55 <ksopheaktra> especially from my university
04:20:58 <amit> kushal: right.
04:21:23 <amit> ksopheaktra: btw my numbers are based on number of people at one time
04:21:34 <ksopheaktra> I see
04:21:35 <amit> ksopheaktra: for example, at the last fudcon pune, we had > 1000 people coming in
04:21:52 <amit> but about 500 at one time, with people coming in and going out throught the day
04:21:53 <ksopheaktra> amit: you mean they can come at different time.
04:22:12 <siddhesh> #info 30-40 Fedora contributors in Pune alone and more in the rest of india
04:22:57 <siddhesh> #info > 500 students expected to attend the conference. Not as many as in PP
04:23:10 <amit> For travel:
04:23:16 <amit> Pune has a small intl airport
04:23:35 <amit> with direct flights from/to Frankfurt (Germany), and a few middle-east asian countries.
04:23:51 <amit> Mumbai, which is about 120kms away, has intl flights from all locations.
04:24:04 <amit> we expect people to arrive at Mumbai, and then we'll arrange for Mum-Pun travel.
04:24:15 <amit> it can take 3-4 hrs by cab.
04:25:02 <amit> pravins: kushal: siddhesh: anything else that should be mentioned?
04:25:03 <somvannda> Do you know how many fudcon in apac and how many of them was organize in India?
04:25:07 <pravins> Pune is education hub in India http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_educational_institutes_in_Pune if we properly manage Fedora talk to attract different domains we can definitely have great success for Fudcon.
04:25:31 <amit> somvannda: there was one in Pune (the only one in India) earlier.
04:25:33 <kushal> pravins, correct, we have too many engineering colleges in Pune.
04:25:53 <siddhesh> pravins, kushal: yes, already mentioned though :)
04:26:03 <kushal> siddhesh, Okay :)
04:26:22 <pravins> siddhesh: :)
04:26:46 <siddhesh> somvannda, the 2011 FUDCon was the first APAC fudcon (if you don't count the subconference in Delhi)
04:27:17 <kushal> siddhesh, That was 2005 :)
04:27:30 <amit> siddhesh: yes, I believe that was more like just a meetup of 5-6 people, and not formally a fudcon?
04:27:45 <siddhesh> amit, yeah, but I remember somebody calling it a fudcon, so...
04:27:59 <amit> siddhesh: heh.
04:28:01 <gnokii_> 2006
04:28:15 <siddhesh> ok, so we're into questions about the pune bid
04:28:17 <amit> somvannda: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FUDCon has a list of previous fudcons, we can see how many were held in apac
04:29:30 <kushal> amit, Nope, it was a huge crowd.
04:29:31 <amit> for our budget
04:29:45 <amit> we expect to spend about $25,000
04:30:07 <amit> we get $15,000 from Fedora for the FUDCon
04:30:11 <ksopheaktra> it is huge
04:30:14 <amit> and we will cover the rest via sponsorships
04:30:24 <amit> we have the remaining sum already committed to us.
04:30:38 <siddhesh> to be clear, we already have committed sponsors for the additional $10,000
04:30:52 <amit> so as you can see, we have several people eager to host the FUDCon, including sponsors and the venue :)
04:30:55 <somvannda> I think thats were two already organized in india
04:31:03 <kushal> #info Pune team have committed sponsors for the additional $10,000 in the budget.
04:31:04 <siddhesh> somvannda, yes
04:31:19 <kushal> somvannda, Delhi one was before formalizing fudcon process and everything.
04:31:34 <somvannda> I see
04:31:48 <siddhesh> #info India has hosted two FUDCons earlier, one in 2006 and another in 2011
04:32:10 <somvannda> Yeah
04:32:36 <somvannda> I think there were 4 fudcon organized in apac
04:32:46 <amit> I think last item on my intro:
04:32:49 <amit> weather
04:32:54 <somvannda> And india aleady had two
04:33:10 <siddhesh> somvannda, if you count the 2006 one, then 5 fudcons
04:33:15 <amit> June is the end of summers and beginning of the monsoons.
04:33:41 <amit> it shouldn't be hot (temp should be in high 20s / early 30s during day)
04:33:52 <amit> and pleasant low 20s in the evenings/nights
04:34:05 <siddhesh> oh sorry, 4. I forgot that 2013 did not have one
04:34:10 <amit> there might be a few drizzles.
04:34:37 <siddhesh> #info of the 4 FUDCons organized in APAC, 2 were in India
04:35:06 <amit> I don't expect the rain to play spoil sport, though. reaching our venue isn't a problem (we'll arrange transport)
04:35:15 <pravins> siddhesh do add years as well from 2006-2014
04:35:19 <amit> and within the venue, all the audi/classrooms are within a single building
04:35:37 <siddhesh> pravins, you can add #info lines as you wish :)
04:36:29 <siddhesh> another 5 minutes for the pune bid before we move on to the PP bid
04:36:32 <amit> siddhesh: kushal pravins: anything else that should be mentioned?
04:36:38 <ksopheaktra> vannda: please let me know, does ITC charging us for venue for FUDCom?
04:36:42 <amit> somvannda: would you like to know about anything else that I may have missed?
04:36:44 <kushal> amit, I guess this is good enough.
04:37:05 <pravins> #info https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FUDCon 2005-2014 4 fudcons organized 2 were in India (Delhi, Pune)
04:37:39 <pravins> amit: nothing from my side.
04:38:44 <siddhesh> if there are no other points to talk about in the pune bid, we'll move on to the PP bid
04:39:00 <somvannda> Hi
04:39:00 <kushal> siddhesh, go ahead.
04:39:08 <ksopheaktra> hi
04:39:11 <somvannda> Sorry was not a good connection

04:39:46 <FreedomKnight> no
04:39:49 <ksopheaktra> please sharing wit us
04:40:10 <somvannda> Amit: thats enough
04:40:20 <siddhesh> #topic discussing the PP bid: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FUDCon:Bid_for_PhnomPenh_2015
04:40:23 <amit> somvannda: thanks.
04:40:27 <somvannda> Can i start intriduction my fudcon
04:40:28 <siddhesh> ok, then lets talk about the PP bid
04:40:32 <kushal> #chairs
04:40:35 <zerng07> no questions.
04:40:37 <ksopheaktra> sure
04:40:38 <somvannda> Ok
04:40:42 <ksopheaktra> pls
04:40:43 <siddhesh> somvannda, sure, please go ahead
04:40:51 <kushal> siddhesh, you should add everyone talking in chairs
04:41:00 <siddhesh> kushal, I am pretty sure I did
04:41:02 <somvannda> Please also kindly read the wiki page as well
04:41:03 <siddhesh> #chairs
04:41:14 <siddhesh> #chair kushal
04:41:14 <zodbot> Current chairs: amit ksopheaktra kushal rtnpro siddhesh somvannda
04:41:14 <ksopheaktra> sure we have read through
04:41:28 <siddhesh> #chair pravins
04:41:28 <zodbot> Current chairs: amit ksopheaktra kushal pravins rtnpro siddhesh somvannda
04:41:34 <somvannda> For us
04:41:49 <somvannda> We wil organize itin septembrr
04:42:01 <somvannda> Ignore my spelling thanks
04:42:07 <siddhesh> np :)
04:42:44 <somvannda> And it will be within Barcamp phnom penh 2015 which usually a crowded event
04:43:04 <somvannda> At leadt 3500 people turned up
04:43:10 <somvannda> Every years
04:43:19 <ksopheaktra> i see
04:43:31 <somvannda> We will have our own big hall for 400-500
04:43:35 <somvannda> Ppl
04:44:06 <somvannda> And it costs around 1000$ for the
04:44:08 <somvannda> Venue
04:44:09 <ksopheaktra> Vannda, did we have any plan to join wit barcom except wiki ?
04:44:30 <ksopheaktra> it is venue cost with $1000
04:44:36 <somvannda> Yeah
04:45:08 <somvannda> For the hotel is located around 650m or 10 minutes walk
04:45:13 <ksopheaktra> except venue, will they provide anything more to us?
04:45:26 <somvannda> Everything is equipped there
04:45:33 <ksopheaktra> where, presedent hotel
04:45:46 <ksopheaktra> President Hotel
04:46:14 <somvannda> Local transportation is cheap
04:46:39 <ksopheaktra> sure, we can travel by moto taxi
04:47:18 <somvannda> And our agenda we will have an arrivalwelcomr on friday
04:47:39 <ksopheaktra> where will we host this ?
04:47:48 <somvannda> At the hotel
04:47:54 <ksopheaktra> which one?
04:47:58 <somvannda> Or at local restuarant
04:48:18 <ksopheaktra> I think, i may be local restaurant
04:48:45 <ksopheaktra> but we can find which one is confortable with
04:49:04 <pravins> somvannda: Do we have more rooms other than main hall to run parallel talks? (around 4)
04:49:46 <somvannda> On monday we will have tour
04:49:55 <ksopheaktra> I think, they have but we need to make sure with ITC first
04:50:03 <somvannda> Yeah we do pravins
04:50:41 <pravins> somvannda: nice, how much do they cost?
04:50:53 <somvannda> They dont cost anything
04:51:10 <ksopheaktra> just pay $1000 for all,
04:51:53 <somvannda> Yeah
04:52:00 <somvannda> The good thing this
04:52:21 <somvannda> The flight for outside ambassadors to fligh
04:52:28 <somvannda> Is cheaper than to india
04:52:37 <ksopheaktra> what are we concern more relating to this event? please raise?
04:52:46 <somvannda> Especially from southeast asia
04:52:49 <kushal> somvannda, For FUDCON we have to get all kinds of contributors, so it is a huge number.
04:52:56 <ksopheaktra> sure,
04:53:22 <siddhesh> #info flight costs to PP from south-east asia is cheaper than to India
04:53:23 <somvannda> Kushal, ksopheaktra is one of fedora lecturer
04:54:02 <kushal> somvannda, ksopheaktra nice to meet you. What is Fedora lecturer btw?
04:54:08 <somvannda> Ksopheaktra how many student have you taught per year
04:54:31 <somvannda> His course is teaching fedora
04:54:44 <kushal> somvannda, Okay.
04:54:45 <somvannda> At the famous university in phnom penh
04:55:00 <gnokii_> kushal: royal university pp uses fedora to teach their students linux basics thats what ksopheaktra does
04:55:06 <siddhesh> #info FUDCon will be hosted as a sub-event in Barcamp PP with a room dedicated for FUDCon
04:55:51 <kushal> The reason behind fudcon is to make sure that all existing developers and users get a chance to meet and discuss along with new users/devels. That would be my biggest concern about doing the event in PP.
04:56:22 <ksopheaktra> within this, we have taught about 500 to 650 student per year for FC
04:56:43 <siddhesh> kushal, existing users/devels can meet in PP as well, just that it will be more expensive since we'll have to fly practically everyone to PP
04:56:44 <ksopheaktra> sure, in FC , nowe we did with FC15
04:56:48 <somvannda> Kushal we are the newest contributor
04:57:09 <kushal> siddhesh, Yes, the budget will be the problem.
04:57:32 <kushal> somvannda, understood.
04:57:47 <ksopheaktra> I see,
04:57:56 <siddhesh> I think they have catered for ~12 fly-ins in their budget to the extent of $500
04:57:56 <ksopheaktra> how can we cope that problem?
04:58:25 <somvannda> So we need an evebt like fudcon
04:58:42 <somvannda> To promote fedora and reach out more people
04:58:54 <ksopheaktra> sure
04:59:19 <kushal> somvannda, my personal suggestion would be to start doing to smaller events in colleges and try to get/create more contributors first.
04:59:28 <ksopheaktra> we starting from giving us know what is fedara, and how can join with this for their benefit.
05:00:08 <siddhesh> #info PP does not have a lot of contributors, so most will have to be flown in
05:00:10 <ksopheaktra> I do support from Kushal, I can help from my university
05:00:26 <siddhesh> #info PP has never had a FUDCon and would benefit from having a large event to promote Fedora
05:00:26 <ksopheaktra> sure, I understand
05:00:41 <ksopheaktra> that why we will spend much for the flight
05:01:03 <kushal> ksopheaktra, but how are you going to handle so many contributors?
05:01:04 <ksopheaktra> but it is really a good picturer for Cambodia if we can get FudCon in PP
05:01:49 <kushal> ksopheaktra, True.
05:02:08 <ksopheaktra> how many contributor tend to come?
05:02:34 <siddhesh> ksopheaktra, but $6000 will get you barely 12 speakers
05:02:44 <siddhesh> that too all of them from the APAC region
05:02:59 <ksopheaktra> I see
05:03:45 <kushal> Also to be noted that FUDCON is supposed to enable contributors to meet and work related to the project, which is also very important.
05:04:06 <amit_> (sorry, connectivity trouble)
05:04:44 <somvannda> Hi
05:04:47 <somvannda> Sorry
05:04:54 <somvannda> Bad connection
05:04:55 <siddhesh> no problem
05:05:07 <siddhesh> somvannda, story of our lives in apac I guess ;)
05:05:19 <somvannda> Lol
05:05:22 <kushal> ksopheaktra, So you have to think on that point.
05:05:28 <kushal> siddhesh, :)
05:05:56 <siddhesh> kushal, I would argue that contributors meeting up is a secondary goal in the APAC region since it is not yet a major contributor hub
05:06:02 <ksopheaktra> I see
05:06:24 <siddhesh> but your point is not invalid, in that there has to be a big enough contributor presence to make it worthwhile
05:06:29 <ksopheaktra> Sovannda, do you have anything to share regarding to kushal mentioned.
05:06:53 <kushal> siddhesh, I say it is major goal now as more and more people are contributing these days than few years back.
05:07:28 <somvannda> What was you mentioned kushal?
05:07:30 * siddhesh nods
05:07:56 <kushal> The reason behind fudcon is to make sure that all existing developers and users get a chance to meet and discuss along with new users/devels. That would be my biggest concern about doing the event in PP.
05:07:59 <kushal> Also to be noted that FUDCON is supposed to enable contributors to meet and work related to the project, which is also very important.
05:08:05 <kushal> somvannda, my personal suggestion would be to start doing to smaller events in colleges and try to get/create more contributors first.
05:09:03 <somvannda> Thats we are trying to do.. And we would like to do more which include a big event like fudcon
05:09:22 <ksopheaktra> This is what I am doing now from my university.
05:09:29 <siddhesh> kushal, please add that as an #idea
05:09:32 <kushal> somvannda, generally people start with hosting smaller targeted events first.
05:09:48 <ksopheaktra> I try to find potential student to join as contributor
05:10:22 <kushal> #idea We should start doing smaller targeted events in Cambodia to get more contributors first and then go for bigger events.
05:10:34 <ksopheaktra> sure, I see
05:11:18 <ksopheaktra> Somvannda, as I talk to you on our first meeting day, I acknowkledge you about kushal idea.
05:11:35 <amit> I also see there are a lot of upstream contributors in Pune / India, which will come for the fudcon in pune.
05:11:40 <siddhesh> somvannda, ksopheaktra, kushal: lets discuss this further in a separate conversation. maybe kushal and his online classroom sessions can help
05:11:47 <somvannda> Ksopheaktra: yeah thats in our plan
05:11:47 <amit> not sure how much participation we'll get in PP
05:11:47 <siddhesh> amit, we're discussing the PP bid now :)
05:12:00 <amit> siddhesh: right - contrasting upstream presence there
05:12:04 <siddhesh> ack
05:12:20 <siddhesh> amit, FWIW, kushal already mentioned a related poin
05:12:24 <ksopheaktra> what is going on? please
05:12:25 <somvannda> Amit, i am sure we will have many
05:12:25 <amit> ok
05:12:25 <siddhesh> s/poin/point/
05:12:34 <kushal> amit, that is exactly what I was saying.
05:13:01 <siddhesh> lets move on to another point, if any and conclude in the next ~5 minutes
05:13:05 <kushal> somvannda, In APAC just number of participants will be always high, the point is about having the real contributors in.
05:13:06 <amit> kushal: ok - I had dropped for a bit there (bad time to have proxy rebooted)
05:14:13 <siddhesh> any other points?
05:15:14 <somvannda> Kushal: we will try our best
05:16:07 <siddhesh> if there are no other points to talk about then lets end this meeting
05:16:13 <gnokii> yes I have a few notes
05:16:22 <siddhesh> gnokii, ok, please go ahead
05:16:52 <ksopheaktra> please
05:16:52 <gnokii> 1. how many people live in India and how many are ther contributors, how does this look compared to Cambodia
05:17:39 <siddhesh> how does that matter? it's not like the entire population of any country is ever going to be a part of any single community.
05:17:44 <amit> oh - is that even a right way to look at it?
05:17:48 <kushal> siddhesh, +1000000000000000
05:18:06 <amit> gnokii: for a fudcon, what matters is who turns up.
05:18:07 <gnokii> it does matter as I got a strong feeling some riding here on the amount of contributors
05:18:22 <kushal> gnokii, Which matters for FUDCON.
05:18:38 <kushal> gnokii, we do not have unlimited budget for travel.
05:18:42 <amit> gnokii: I didn't quite get what you want to say.
05:18:57 <siddhesh> gnokii, yes, because number of contributors matters for FUDCon participation, not the percentage of contributors
05:20:00 <gnokii> yeah then stop that shit, we have to fly 30 people from India over there, because its also the way around there are more countries in APAC as India, so a lot have to travel anyway
05:20:06 <amit> gnokii: are you saying that more fedora contributors wlil turn up in Cambodia, compared to India?
05:20:27 <amit> gnokii: please keep the discussion and language civil.
05:20:29 <kushal> gnokii, Please speak nicely.
05:21:35 <gnokii> its not what I said I simple said stop comparing numbers in countries and it doesnt matter how many show up as what we get out, otherwise fudcon cant be somewhere else as in India
05:21:57 <amit> gnokii: that's the reason India didn't bid for 3 years.
05:22:08 <amit> gnokii: but that can't be an argument to shunt out India for ever.
05:22:15 <gnokii> amit: and had from 4 fudcons already 2
05:22:32 <siddhesh> gnokii, yes, and it has been explicitly mentioned as an #info point
05:22:43 <amit> gnokii: just means no one else was willing to bid the other years
05:22:54 <amit> gnokii: first was in 2006, second in 2011.
05:22:59 <gnokii> woot
05:23:11 <gnokii> China did bid 3 times until theygot it
05:23:11 <amit> gnokii: so I don't think that point should matter.
05:23:25 <amit> gnokii: and we were not the ones to not award that bid.
05:23:32 <siddhesh> gnokii, somvannda mentioned it while discussing the pune bid, so what you're saying is already on record
05:24:36 <amit> gnokii: please don't hold against us that we're bidding the same time that you are.
05:25:14 <siddhesh> gnokii, what's you're other point?
05:25:23 <siddhesh> s/you're/your/
05:28:08 <siddhesh> we're running out of time. lets do another 5 minutes and wrap it up
05:28:14 <siddhesh> #chair gnokii
05:28:14 <zodbot> Current chairs: amit gnokii ksopheaktra kushal pravins rtnpro siddhesh somvannda

05:29:25 <FreedomKnight> hi, will we mention release party today?
05:29:40 <kushal> FreedomKnight, That would be the regular meeting in next week.
05:29:44 <siddhesh> FreedomKnight, not enough time today unfortunately
05:29:49 <ksopheaktra> for the meeting, we are not going to decide Pune or PP for FudCon, as I am new commer, please let me know are there any factor taking into account for this decision?
05:29:55 <FreedomKnight> ok
05:30:01 <FreedomKnight> i got it
05:30:01 <ksopheaktra> sure, I will be
05:30:02 <ksopheaktra> OK
05:30:11 <siddhesh> FreedomKnight, but I'd suggest emailing tuanta for it too, and filing a ticket if you haven't already done that
05:30:48 <siddhesh> ksopheaktra, we will decide on it in the next meeting and give our recommendation to the FPL/FAmSCo, who will then decide.
05:31:40 <siddhesh> ok, lets wrap this up. Thank you everyone for participating in this. Please follow up with any points you may have on the fudcon-planning and ambassador mailing lists
